At OTPlio, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account or any personal data we hold, you can request data deletion at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

Users can delete their personal data in two ways:

Self-Service Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings:

Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Account

Confirm your action to permanently delete all your data

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Happens After Your Request

We will verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Once verified, your personal data, account information, and message history will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7–14 business days, unless we are legally required to retain some data.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important Notes

You may not use OTPlio to:

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Some anonymized or aggregated data (not linked to you) may be retained for analytical or legal purposes.

Deleting your data may limit or remove your access to OTPlio services.

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.

Payment and Billing

All fees are outlined in your selected plan. Late or failed payments may result in service interruption.

Data and Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our [Privacypolicy]. We do not sell or misuse your data.

Limitation of Liability

OTPlio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms
